The Russian Defense Ministry says Kiev and Moscow have exchanged 25 prisoners of war with each other.
According to foreign media, in an agreement brokered by the United Arab Emirates, 25 Russian prisoners were sent to Belarus, where they will be medically evaluated and then returned to Moscow.
It is not clear where the Ukrainian prisoners are, as there has not yet been a confirmation from Kiev, writes A2 CNN.
