Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has held a phone conversation with President Donald Trump, following today's attack on the Israeli Embassy in Washington.
According to foreign media, the news of the phone call between the leaders was announced by the Israeli Prime Minister's office, which wrote that Trump expressed deep sorrow over the murders of two Embassy employees.
"The US President expressed deep sorrow over the shocking murder in Washington of two Israeli embassy employees, Yaron Lisinski and Sarah Milgram. May their memory be blessed," Netanyahu's office said.
Netanyahu's office also announced that the prime minister thanked President Trump for the efforts he and his administration are making against manifestations of anti-Semitism in the United States, writes A2 CNN.
