The Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica has filed an indictment against three officials who were caught consuming cocaine in the Municipality of Leposavic.
The lawsuit was filed against the defendant with the initials SS, due to the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances", as well as against DM, and SM, due to suspicion of committing the criminal offense "Unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic or analogous substances".
According to the statement, during November 2023 at the Leposavic Municipality building, the defendant SS is accused of inviting the defendant DM to one of the municipal offices at the Leposavic Municipality building, offering her a narcotic substance such as cocaine and consuming it together through the nose, KosovaPress reports.
"Also, in another case in November 2023, the defendant SS calls the defendant SM to one of the offices of the Leposavic Municipality building, and offers him the narcotic substance cocaine, which he places on the table and the defendant SM consumes through his nose. Also, during the month of November, the defendant SS, in one of the city's premises without authorization, distributes narcotic substances of the type cocaine, so he calls the defendant DM to the bathroom of the cafeteria and offers her the narcotic substance cocaine, which the defendant DM consumes through his nose," the statement says.
The Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica, upon filing the indictment, requested the court to find the three defendants guilty of the criminal offenses committed and to sentence them according to the law. (A2 Televizion)
