A2 CNN journalist Xhevahir Qardaku reported from Pristina that shortly after 10:30 PM, just over half of the votes in Sunday's elections in Kosovo had been counted.

It is known that with 50% of the votes counted, the Vetëvendosje Movement leads with 37.5 percent. The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) with 29.8%. The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 16.9%. AAK – Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Nisma with 7.92%.

However, the A2 CNN journalist reports that this data cannot yet be considered official because since 9:00 PM the CEC has been facing technical problems as a result of the large influx of clicks.

Earlier, CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi reacted to A2 regarding allegations of manipulation on the results platform.

"I inform you that the CEC is collecting data after counting the ballots from the polling stations. Technical problems on the platform are evident. The data is being collected from the field and will then be published by the CEC. Due to the great interest of citizens in accessing the results platform, an overload has been caused in the system. All CEC teams are working in the field and sending the data, which we are making efforts to transmit as soon as possible. The CEC thanks all citizens and the media for their understanding," said Elezi. (A2 Televizion)
