Analyst Afrim Kasolli, in a statement to A2 CNN journalist in Pristina, Ideal Gola, has made a scan of the situation and political maneuvers of these days in Kosovo, where efforts to constitute the Assembly have failed twice.

Kasolli says that opposition parties have given a weapon to the incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, with the issue of resignation.

"We can already say that this is an unprecedented situation in the tradition of the constitution of Kosovo's institutions. The MPs have also refused to vote on the report on the verification of their mandates, which makes it an unprecedented situation in political terms. In political terms, I think that since the end of the elections until today, Prime Minister Kurti has followed a language that has made political partnership impossible. In the specific case of the constitution, I believe that the opposition parties are making a political mistake by offering a weapon to Prime Minister Kurti in a political sense, which is boomeranging back at them. They shifted the pressure of the constitutional deadlines from the Prime Minister to initially form the Assembly and the government, now onto the Assembly of Kosovo."

He also speaks of a pact with the devil of politicians who are putting personal interest before that of the state.

"It is possible that the opposition will give itself time to strengthen itself even more and to overcome the differences it has among itself to a government coalition. They may have taken this tactical action. I cannot say this for sure, but so far it is clear that even the opposition parties have not shown signs and will that they are ready to govern if the LVV fails to create the institutions. They indirectly gave Albin Kurti time as if he alone should govern."
