Over 25,000 military personnel from 19 different countries will participate in the largest military exercise under US leadership, "Defender Europe 2025".
Prime Minister Albin Kurti proudly announces the news that the training will return for the third time in Kosovo from May 26 to June 6.
He further said that "in addition to being a welcoming place, the Gjakova Airport will house the Command of the 28th Infantry Division of the US Army, and from there, all exercises in the Balkan region will be directed. Our partnership and cooperation with the United States of America in defense and security is deepening and expanding, and this moment is undoubtedly proof of this", were Kurti's words.
