"Kosovo needs to improve relations with the United States," said former American diplomat James Hooper during an interview with Radio Free Europe.
Hooper emphasizes that if this does not happen, there would be a risk that the US would become involved in Kosovo's efforts to reach an agreement with Serbia. According to him, "it is very dangerous for Kosovo when the Americans see it as a problem."
