Prosecutor Javorka Përlincević has read the indictment for the murder of Liridona Ademaj. Accused of the murder of the 30-year-old are her husband Naim Murseli, Granit Plava, Kushtrim Kokalla and Tom Dedaj, who have given their statements before the court.
Naim Murseli declared before the jury that he feels completely innocent, while the other defendant, Tom Dedaj, admitted guilt.
Following the guilty plea, the verdict for Tom Dodaj will be announced today at 12:40. The defendant, Tom Dodaj, is charged with the criminal offense of Unauthorized Import, Export, Supply, Transportation, Production, Exchange, Brokering or Sale of Weapons or Explosive Materials. Tom Dodaj's guilty plea was accepted by both the Prosecution and the injured party.
Meanwhile, the accused Granit Plava has chosen to defend himself silently, while Kushtrim Kokalla has said that he will not plead guilty without consulting his lawyer.
On January 15 of this year, the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina announced that it had filed an indictment for the murder of 30-year-old Ademaj. (A2 Televizion)
