Six shops have been engulfed in flames in the area known as the "Green Market" in Pristina. "At 06:05, information was received about a fire in the shops in the "Green Market" and teams immediately went to the scene, where 6 shops selling various products were involved.
The teams reacted very quickly and in a very professional manner, cutting off the fire from both sides to prevent the fire from spreading.
"These premises are interconnected and we are now in the process of eliminating the entire fire. According to the information we have, there are no injured people," said the commander of the Fire Brigade, Malë Gashi.
The incident was also confirmed by the police spokesperson for the Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, writes A2 CNN.
"Today at around 6 o'clock, we received information about a fire that has engulfed several premises on 'Ilaz Agushi' street in Pristina. Firefighters and police have arrived at the scene, and are dealing with the incident. There are no reports of any injuries," Ahmeti declared. (A2 Televizion)
