Political analyst from Kosovo, Argjend Zejnaj, has stated that there is a lot of information that the CIA chief's visit to Serbia prevented the war that Belgrade was preparing to launch in Kosovo.
Zejnaj made the comments on 'Ditari Kosova' with journalist Xhevahir Qardaku on A2 CNN, where he said that Kosovo must remain loyal to the alliance with the US.
He also said that according to US sources, the destabilization in the region was prepared with the help of Russia and China, for the interests of the latter.
"We should not build a strategy against allies, but rather connect with the US as our main ally. What Mr. Trump said and what was also paraphrased by President Osmani during a conference, is that Trump said that the situation has been so tense and I believe something like that that the situation has been tense and continues to be tense in the north, at the border point between Kosovo and Serbia.
Trump has said that he has saved this situation, by giving Kosovo and Serbia a chance to sit down and talk in economic terms. Osman's misunderstanding with Grenell has worsened Kosovo's image in Trump's inner circle. Serbia does not dare to launch an attack on Kosovo, and this comes from the support and rebuke it received from the US with the visit of the former CIA chief last year, and there it was shown the red lines.
