Kosovo's President, Vjosa Osmani, met in Paris with the Vice President of the United States, JD Vance, as part of a visit that is underway in the French capital, at the invitation of her counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, to participate in a world summit on artificial intelligence.
Through a statement to the media, the Kosovo Presidency said that Osmani expressed deep gratitude for Kosovo's alliance with the US, "confirming the commitment to deepening cooperation in areas of common interest."
The President of Kosovo also met with the Prime Minister of Canada and the Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Earlier this month, Osmani held a series of meetings with US officials and congressmen in Washington. She said that with the new US administration of President Donald Trump, Kosovo aims to deepen cooperation in the field of defense and strategic investments. (A2 Televizion)
