The Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions (PAZP) rejected the complaint of the ruling party, Lévizja Vetëvendosje, against the certification of the Serbian List, for participation in the February 9 parliamentary elections.
Vetëvendosje asked the Electoral Panel last week to annul the decision of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) on the certification of the Serbian List, writes A2.
At the end of last month, PZAP ordered the CEC to certify the Serbian List, after accepting the appeal of the Serbian party against the commission's initial decision on its non-certification, saying that this party had submitted the documentation in accordance with the law on general elections and with other CEC rules.
