The Greek authorities have informed the Albanian side that, in addition to trucks, the movement of buses is also prohibited in Kapshtica, as a result of difficult weather conditions.
"Following the notification given earlier, where the Greek Border Police notified the Kapshtica Border Police about blocking the movement of trucks, we inform you that:
In addition to blocking the movement of heavy tonnage vehicles (trucks), the movement of buses will also be prohibited until further notice," the announcement states.
The State Police appeals to all drivers of heavy vehicles who have planned to travel to Greece through the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point, not to go to this point until further notice from the Greek Border Police.
