Prime Minister Edi Rama presented at the Oncology Hospital, the cooperation project with the Israeli hospital "Sheba Medical Center".
"After the dramatic situation caused by a group of criminals at the Oncology Hospital, I am very pleased that we are returning with the optimism and guarantee that a strategic partnership gives us with one of the most prominent centers of excellence in the world, the prestigious Israeli hospital, which is ranked ninth in the overall classification of hospitals around the world," said Rama.
The Prime Minister referred to the group of doctors and nurses at this hospital who are accused of denying treatment to the sick, directing them towards private clinics, in order to make them pay for services that could have been provided free of charge at the public hospital.
"Our goal is to strengthen the capacities of the oncology service, increase standards and bring modern solutions for the health of citizens," said Rama. (A2 Televizion)
