In Shkodra, the demolition campaign continues to free up space as part of the city entrance project.
The director of IKMT for the Shkodra region, Emiljano Nika, states that after the expropriations, there are already 10 buildings that will be demolished along the entire line of the construction site at the entrance to the city.
Nika said that an understanding has been reached with the owners of these facilities.
Meanwhile, Director Nika stated that the action to free Lake Shkodra continues.
"All expropriation procedures have been completed and today we begin work on the demolition of all objects that are an obstacle to the implementation of the project "Requalification of the entrance to the city and the western shore of Lake Shkodra". There are 10 expropriated objects that will be demolished today. In parallel, we continue the action without interruption to clean the lake and the Buna riverbed", Nika told the media.
