Income declaration, the Tax Directorate instructs citizens on how to act

All individuals with gross income of more than 1.2 million lek per year are required to submit their 2024 individual tax return by March 31, 2025.

For this decision, which entered into force in January 2025, the Tax Administration makes available video guides that show step by step how to proceed.

Those persons who have personal income outside the borders of Albania will also be required to complete this declaration.
