As a measure of reward for the end of the year holidays, the bonus for pensioners with a value of 5 thousand ALL has started to be distributed.

In order to withdraw the bonus as soon as possible, citizens waited in line since the early hours of the morning. But in some points of post offices they have encountered problems.
As it has been announced, the distribution of the year-end bonus for pensioners has started, but in the post office no. 24 of these citizens have not been able to withdraw it because there is no money.
A2CNN asked the director of Social Security about the lack of money in the post office. Astrit Hado said that the problem lies in the movement of cash money, guaranteeing that each pensioner will receive the bonus.
For those who do not have it urgently or are abroad, they have the opportunity to withdraw the donated money until December 31 of the following year.
There are 704,000 citizens who benefit, of which 588,000 are treated with old-age and social pensions, about 66,000 disability, and 44,000 family pensions. Other categories also benefit from the bonus: from miners to children under the care of the republic.
The fund available for this year's bonus is in the amount of 3.5 billion ALL, while in 2024 the amount is expected to increase to 3.6 billion ALL. (A2 Televizion)
