To fill the gap created in the labor market by the lack of employees, the government has decided to facilitate procedures for hiring staff from abroad, especially from third countries that do not have the right to free movement to the EU.
With the proposed amendments to the Law "On Foreigners" adopted in 2021, the Council of Ministers, represented by the Minister for Employment Affairs, which in this case is MEKI, is given the right to enter into agreements with other countries to recruit employees depending on market demands.
