For all Albanian military personnel who are part of the Armed Forces, there will be more benefits starting from the current year, reports A2 CNN. The new draft law issued for public consultation by the Ministry of Defense provides for the support of military personnel with houses. They will have this in use for the entire period of service in the places where they will be assigned. In order to provide these apartments in the service areas of the military, the ministry plans to adapt the facilities it has under its administration, or will build others itself.
Through this provision of the draft law, the Ministry of Defense is intended to create a legal basis that, with its budgetary funds, within the lands it administers and in existing facilities, it can make interventions and adapt facilities for housing purposes or build new facilities for housing purposes. These housing programs aim to create housing facilities that will be given to the military for use only, without the right to privatization in their favor.
