Specifically, 15% of visitors come from Kosovo, 13% from Italy and 9% from Germany. Poland and France contributed 8% each, while 47% of visitors came from other countries, highlighting the diversity of foreign markets visiting the country.
One of the segments that has seen the greatest growth is the coastal area, which has seen a 47.6% increase in the number of visitors. This is a clear indication of the growing popularity of Albania's beaches and coastal areas.
Accommodation in hotels and similar structures has also recorded an increase of 38.5%, while the room occupancy rate reached 28.7% in May 2025, compared to 25.1% in the same month of 2024.
