A person was shot dead on Sunday evening in Tirana. Sources for A2 CNN inform that the serious incident took place in the "Palace with Arrows" area, while the victim has been identified as Bujar Nasufi.
The police have given details, announcing that a vehicle was fired at.
"On 12.01.2025, around 20:40, at the "Pallati me Shigjeta" on "Myrte Zeneli" street, a gun was fired at a vehicle driven by a BN citizen, about 56 years old, who as a result lost his life.
A special investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is at the scene and continues to work to clarify the circumstances of the event, identify and capture the suspected perpetrator(s).
The Police Services have set up checkpoints and are conducting checks in the area to catch the perpetrator.
