The Fier Police have launched an investigation into a 17-year-old from Divjaka who, while driving, crashed into a 65-year-old in the village of Babunje. The 65-year-old is currently in hospital out of danger. Likewise, a resident from Qerret i Ri, who, while driving a motorcycle without a driving license, crashed into a parked vehicle and was consequently injured and is in hospital, under the care of doctors.
"Specialists of the Road Traffic Sector: referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated for a 17-year-old minor citizen, resident of the village of Babunje, Divjaka, after the vehicle this citizen was driving collided in the village of Babunje, citizen I. Rr., 65 years old, who is in hospital, out of danger to his life; referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated for citizen H. Zh., resident of the village of Qerret i Ri, after driving a motorcycle without a driving license, collided with a parked vehicle and as a result was damaged and is in hospital, under the care of doctors."
Meanwhile, the Crime Investigation specialists of the Fier Police Commissariat arrested citizen AP, 59 years old, resident of Fier, in flagrante delicto, after he is suspected of having exercised violence against his wife.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further action. (A2 Televizion)
