Ajola Xoxa, the wife of the Mayor, Erion Veliaj, testified for several hours at the Special Prosecutor's Office on Monday afternoon, writes A2 CNN. On leaving SPAK, she refused to comment on what she was summoned for.
On December 6, Xoxa's mobile phone was seized and the National Bureau of Investigation conducted checks on the premises of her "Harabel" studio, where they took some materials. The mayor's brother, Arbër Veliaj, was also subject to SPAK control.
Veliaj and Xoxa appealed the actions of BKH and SPAK, but their request was rejected by the Special Court. The control decisions of these premises have been appealed by them in the Special Appeal. (A2 Televizion)
