The Special Court requests aggravation of the criminal position of former minister Ilir Beqja in connection with the "Sterilization" file.
The preliminary judge has directed SPAK to reclassify the criminal offense for which he is accused from "abuse of duty", to "theft by abuse of duty" and structured criminal group.
SPAK, on the other hand, states that it agrees to file charges as suggested by the court, despite the fact that it thinks that the charges filed were fair.
