The Special Court of Appeals has rejected Safet Bajri's request for release from prison.
Sources for A2 CNN indicate that in the courtroom, Bajri objected to SPAK's evidence.
"I don't understand how these unrelated wiretaps can be called evidence. I was at a disco and a fish restaurant that day. When I go home from those streets, I'll go where I always go," Bajri said, writes A2 CNN.
The appeal of the GJKKO left in force the 'prison arrest' measures for Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali.
We recall that Safet Bajri is accused of the murder of Fatbardh Lici several years ago and was arrested just a few weeks ago by the Police, on the orders of SPAK. (A2 Televizion)
