The Special Prosecution Office demanded Qato's guilt for the criminal offense of "violation of equality in tenders" and her sentence to 1 year in prison and 5 years of deprivation of the right to exercise public functions.

A sentence of 9 months in prison was requested for Erdit Salillari and 1 year of deprivation of liberty for Admir Pahumi and also the inability to exercise public functions for 5 and 3 years.

The court found Nikollaq Mihali guilty and sentenced him to 8 months in prison, Miranda Shkurti to 16 months of probation, and Arbër Troka to 3 years of exclusion from public office. Arbër Troka to 2 years in prison. All three also risk the additional punishment of being deprived of the right to hold public office for a period of 3 years. For Almir Hoxhajn, Spak requested 2 years in prison, and for Arjana Hasan, Spak requested 4 years of probation and 5 years of exclusion from public office. The defendants in this trial are accused of "violation of equality in tenders" and "falsification of documents".

A2 CNN has previously revealed the violations alleged by SPAK, committed by Qato:

The orders for the establishment of working groups to verify the similar work criteria have not been established as required by law, as a Complaints Review Commission should be established to review complaints.

The orders to establish working groups to verify the similar work criteria were issued without any legal basis and in violation of the law, as the information provided by the chairwoman of the KVO, Elona Gogo, is also unfounded in law.

KVO had announced the winner and the tender procedure was appealed to the KPP. No information was provided to the KPP regarding these orders. (A2 Televizion)
