SPAK has requested a 35-year prison sentence for Jemin Shera, accused of organizing the murder of Behar Sofia.
SPAK said that the investigation revealed that Shera received the order to execute Behar Sofia and created a criminal group to carry out the murder.
The group members had been observing their target for six months until they executed him on the morning of February 25, 2021, near the Pyramid in Tirana.
Shera was tried in absentia in a separate trial from the other defendants for the same event, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
