The Special Court of Appeals upheld the 2-year probation sentence for Fatos Tushe, the former mayor of Lushnja, writes A2 CNN.
The appeal confirmed Tushe's guilt for the criminal offense of "concealing and failing to declare assets", in relation to an apartment in Lungomare, Vlora. (A2 Televizion)
