The Special Court this Wednesday decided to release Kreshnik Budlla (Farruk) from detention.
The court ordered his immediate release after finding that the code on SKY EÇ, which Kreshnik Farruku was accused of having used, was not used by him, but by his brother, R. Farruku.
But although the Special Court has abolished the "prison arrest" measure and ordered his release, Farruku does not leave his cell. This is due to the fact that a few days ago, the Appeal of the General Jurisdiction toughened the "house arrest" measure given by the Durrës Court to "prison arrest" for the purposes of extradition to Italy.
