From the first investigative actions, it turned out that the BH citizen was taken and held against his will, in the "BMW X5" type vehicle, by citizens Iljaz Kotarja, 27 years old, resident of Paskuqan, Tirana, Geri Cani, 26 years old, resident of neighborhood no. .13, Durrës and Jurgen Delia, 29 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 14 Shkozet, Durrës. 

These three nationals were threatening the BH national to give him the sum of £6,000, which the IK national claimed he owed the BH national, in a drug case at a time when both of these nationals were serving drug sentences in the British state , in the same prison cell.
