GJKKO returns to the hands of SPAK the file "Buka", for which the former deputy prime minister, Arben Ahmetaj, was taken as a defendant.
The Special Court has given 3 months to SPAK to complete the investigations for the file where the former deputy CM is accused of "abuse of duty", with economic damage of about 7 billion ALL.
This Tuesday was the preliminary hearing, where the file was expected to be passed for trial by the GJKKO. The prosecutor of the case, Elvin Gokaj, has until March 10, 2025 to complete the missing investigations. (A2 Televizion)
