In a tense and confrontational session between the parties, the repentant justice official, Nuredin Dumani, confessed to the Special Court on Tuesday the circumstances of the murder of Fatmira Deda, in September 2013 in Durrës. According to Dumani, he was promised 40 thousand euros for the murder by the defendant Festim Qoli, 10 of which he had received in advance from him and another 30 had been given by the defendant Petrit Qoli.
The "Golden Bullet" convict said that the 60-year-old woman held the Qoli brothers responsible for the murder of her son, Ervis Deda, by going to their business to get revenge and seeking justice in state institutions.
The suspect said that together with Talo Çela and Dorian Shkoza, they had been keeping a daily eye on the 60-year-old. The initial plan, according to him, had been to kill her in the cemetery, but then they decided to kill her in her garage.
The confession of the repentant and the involvement in the crime of the defendants Agron, Petrit and Festin Qoli, who denied any connection to the murder of Fatmira Deda, aroused strong reactions in the courtroom.
"This (Petrit Qoli) has built a mosque, but if you climb to the top of the minaret, there is a risk of it falling down. This has helped people. He also helped a Turk in 2014 to go to the bottom of the sea, but I don't know the name of that Turk. Fatmira Deda, from the day 1 when Ervis Deda or Losha was killed, she held the two brothers Petrit and Festim Qoli responsible for the murder of her son," said Nuredin Dumani.
"Why don't you tell the prosecutor that you were born with a hole in your heart. You were born with a defect. Verify it, honorable judicial body, he had heart surgery in France. This man's father is a man of values. His bad luck. You are dirty, you killed people for a few balls of paper," declared Petrit Qoli.
Further, defendant Qoli ironically criticized the prosecutors, saying that when he testified before them, Dumani must have been confused and out of order, and he also mentioned his family members, his sister and father. In the next session, the defendant Dumani will continue to answer questions from the lawyers and the defendants in the process. (A2 Televizion)
