In the next session of the "Gërdec" file at the Special Court, former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, began to oppose the findings of military experts regarding the measures that should be taken to dismantle the ammunition in Gërdec.
The media outlet and his defense had prepared a 147-page document in which they disputed the experts' findings, but the hearing was interrupted at the request of the prosecutors in the case, who were supposed to be in two other trials.
