For the second time in a row, SPAK addresses the Special Court with a request to dismiss the criminal case against Selim Çekaj, the father of Arbë Çekaj, convicted of trafficking 613 kg of Colombian cocaine in Albania.
73-year-old Çekaj was suspected of drug trafficking after drugs were seized from his company.
SPAK found no evidence of his involvement in the traffic. The decision on SPAK's search is expected to be announced on December 27. (A2 Televizion)
