A serious incident was recorded in Burrel where a 26-year-old man took a minor in his car and then allegedly had sexual relations with him.
It is known that the young man deceived the minor and put her in the car. He then allegedly sexually abused her.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Mat Police Station in cooperation with the Investigative structures of the DVP Dibër, made it possible to locate, capture and arrest the 26-year-old citizen, resident in the village of Komsi, Burrel, after he took a female citizen in his vehicle through fraud minor and then allegedly had sexual relations with him.
