The Court of Appeal rejected the appeal made by Ajola Xoxa against the personal control decision. In the same decision, the Appeal dismissed the appeal made by Arbër Veliaj and two companies against the decision of GJKKO for inspection.
The day before, Xoxa gave explanations for almost 3 hours at SPAK on account of an investigation into "corruption" initiated by this structure, writes A2.
