A 44-year-old citizen, Lazër Vladaj, alias Cristian Manea, has been arrested by the Police in Shkodra, after being declared an international wanted person.
Through a statement, the Police announced that this citizen had been convicted by Italian authorities for exploitation of prostitution in collaboration.
It is also learned that for this criminal offense, the Court of Appeal of Perugia in Italy has sentenced him to 5 years and 6 months in prison, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, Interpol Tirana is cooperating with Interpol Rome to complete his extradition procedures to Italy.
