The Flamurtari Football Club has reacted to the news made public yesterday by the Police, that Flamurtari's Nigerian footballer, Sadiq Antanda, was slightly injured with a knife during a conflict.
Through an announcement on social media, the Club announced that the footballer has no injuries and the aggressor was a person with mental health problems.
The incident occurred yesterday evening in the area called 'Trojan Horse' in the city and it was the 31-year-old who presented himself at the Police Station to file a criminal report about the case.
Police announced yesterday that they have identified the suspected perpetrator of the attack, citizen DB, 21 years old, and are working to capture him.
The investigation team continues to work on the clarification and full legal documentation of the event.

Regarding the news published in the media about the attack against our footballer Sodiq Atanda, we would like to clarify that the footballer has no injuries.
Fortunately, it is a closed event without any physical damage and the footballer enjoys full health.
