The Vlora Police have made two arrests for various violent incidents. The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Vlora Police Commissariat have arrested a minor and a woman, both for acts of violence, while investigations are continuing to fully unravel the events.

Meanwhile, another incident occurred in a bar in the "Pavarësia 2" neighborhood in the city of Vlora, where citizen VA, 45 years old, hit citizen BH, 28 years old, in the face with a glass, for reasons that are still unclear.
