Shkodra police arrested a 22-year-old man who was wanted for an injury that occurred in December last year. Ensi Shtubina, a resident of Shkodra, ended up in handcuffs. During the physical search, a firearm, a pistol with ammunition, was found on him.
"Further verifications showed that this citizen was under the security measure "Arrest in prison", as he is accused of having wounded citizen Arsen Beqiri with a firearm on 23.12.2024, during a momentary conflict, in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood," the police said.
