A 35-year-old man from Kosovo was handcuffed by the border police in Muriqan, after a quantity of cannabis was found during the search.
"As a result of the checks and verifications that are being carried out with the aim of preventing and combating border crimes, the Border Police of PKK Muriqan, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Shkodër, arrested the Kosovar citizen AS, 35 years old. From the control carried out at the exit of RSh, in the vehicle driven by the 35-year-old, a quantity of narcotic substance cannabis sativa was found", informs the police.
The narcotics and the vehicle were seized as material evidence, while the case was handed over to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office for further action. (A2 Televizion)
