Threatening clients with publishing intimate photos, 49-year-old prostitute and her friend arrested in Durrës

Durrës police arrested a 49-year-old woman who was practicing prostitution. Her 40-year-old friend was also arrested, who threatened clients with a knife to get money, writes A2 CNN. A third person who was with the 40-year-old was also arrested, after during the search they found a quantity of cocaine divided into doses ready for sale.

"As part of the "Last Threat" operation, citizens RL, 40 years old, resident in Shënavlash, Durrës, AH, 49 years old, resident in Spitallë, Durrës and AH, 21 years old, resident in Durrës were arrested. The investigations carried out revealed that citizen AH offered sexual favors, in return for payment, to citizen F. Ç., in her apartment. Then, in collaboration with citizen RL, they threatened citizen F. Ç. with a cutting tool (knife), and took 65,000 new lek from him. The investigations also revealed that citizen AH practiced prostitution and then citizen RL took intimate photos of clients, as well as threatened them to pay large sums of money, in order not to publish the photos. The operation began a week ago. During it, initially citizen AH was arrested and yesterday citizen RL. During the operation, the arrest of citizen AH, 21 years old, was made in flagrante delicto, since at the moment of the arrest of citizen RL, this citizen was with him and during the search, the Police found a quantity of the narcotic substance cocaine divided into doses ready for sale," the police said.

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, work continues to identify other citizens who have been threatened by these citizens, as well as to uncover and legally document the criminal activity carried out by these citizens.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further action, for citizens RL and AH, for the criminal offenses "Coercion by threat or violence for the provision of property", committed in collaboration, and "Prostitution", as well as for the 21-year-old, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".
