Earlier today, the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Court has set the security measure mandatory appearance and prohibition of going abroad for the former minister Beqaj.
The former Minister of Health is accused of abuse of office and violation of equality in tenders regarding the concession for sterilization of medical equipment.
Based on the established security measure, Beqaj will have to appear before the judicial police of the National Bureau of Investigation, once a week, on Fridays, at 3:30 p.m.
In the announcement of GJKKO, it is written that the investigations continue in the direction of identifying the criminal responsibility of other persons who during this procedure have committed actions in violation of the law and the regular fulfillment of the duty.
