A2 CNN learns that the orders executed this morning were for the apartment search of Veliaj's brother, Arbë Veliaj, personal search of Ajola and the seizure of her phone for further investigation.
Meanwhile, SPAK has officially reacted after the search in the apartment of the mayor of Tirana, Erjon Veliaj.
"The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime informs that several investigative actions have been taken within the framework of a criminal proceeding. Given that the investigation is still in the preliminary phase, we cannot publish any further data or information at this moment," reads the SPAK notification.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is in Hamburg, Germany, for a two-day visit, during which he was received in a meeting by the First Mayor of Hamburg, Peter Tschentscher.
