Tirana police have arrested a 20-year-old man after he had sexual intercourse with a minor.
"Illegal Trafficking Investigation Specialists detained a 20-year-old SA citizen on suspicion of having forcibly engaged in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl," the police inform.
Proceedings have also been initiated against the girl's father.
"Following the actions, citizen A. Gj., 42 years old (father of the 15-year-old) was released on bail after he exercised psychological violence against his daughter," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
