The Court of First Instance in Fier has sentenced citizen SH, who was found guilty of indecent acts with minors, to 7 years and 6 months in prison.
The prosecution managed to prove that SH committed shameful acts against his niece on several occasions. The defendant SH repeatedly threatened the minor that if she told anyone, he would kill her.
Based on the prosecution's request, the Court sentenced SH to 7 years and six months, but he will spend less time behind bars because he benefits from the shortened trial, which reduces his sentence by 1/3. (A2 Televizion)
