Two citizens, 35 and 32 years old, have been arrested by the Tirana Police after committing burglaries in various apartments and entities.
Through a statement, the Police announced that both of these citizens had previous criminal records for theft.
As material evidence, 1 firearm, a pistol, combat ammunition, items belonging to the Police, 2 bicycles, a laptop, a scooter and other items were seized, which were found in the apartment of one of the arrested.
The arrests were made as part of the police operation 'The End', while the investigative group continues its investigations to uncover other thefts committed by these citizens.

As a result of investigative actions carried out by specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of Police Commissariat No. 3, to solve cases of theft of property/assets, within the framework of the police operation codenamed "THE END", the following citizens were arrested:
AL, 35 years old and EM, 32 years old, both residents of Tirana.
These citizens were caught red-handed yesterday after stealing a bicycle. From the investigative actions, it is suspected that in collaboration with each other, on 19.01.2025, they broke into a business and stole several electronic devices.
During the search of the apartment of citizen AL, the Police services found and seized 1 firearm, a pistol, combat ammunition, a bulletproof vest, a multifunctional belt like the Police, other items used by the Police, 2 bicycles, a laptop, a scooter and other items.
Investigations are ongoing to uncover other thefts committed by these citizens.
