A British court has sentenced a 56-year-old Albanian man, who was arrested on January 20 during a search of his home, to 12 months in prison. Ilir Muçmata, of no fixed address, was sentenced by Chester Crown Court after pleading guilty to producing cannabis.
Officers executed a search warrant at his apartment on January 20 in the Crewe area, where they discovered 100 cannabis plants, scales and sophisticated cultivation equipment, while Muçmata was arrested at the scene.
"This is another great example of the work we are doing in our community to clear the streets of illegal drugs and protect people from the harm and crime that comes with illegal drug activity," said Prosecutor Justin Taylor. (A2 Televizion)
