The money in the photo is almost 332 thousand euros and 2200 francs that arrived from Italy to Albania hidden in the body of a bus.

This is just one of 30 episodes documented by the Italian-Albanian investigation into the transportation of "cash" by the defendants in the "Ura" case, writes A2.

The photo administered as evidence by SPAK, which also shows a handwritten note of the amount of money, was extracted from SKY ECC communications between Ogert Shqevi and an unidentified person. After receiving the money transported by a bus that had entered Albania from the Muriqani border crossing, Shqevi was reporting on the count.

"They're stuck in my car because there are so many of them and they're distorted by the vacuum... bro, that's how these come out," he writes to the unidentified person with the code SKY.

This is also the largest amount ever sent on a single route, but a good portion of the many documented cases, almost 3 million euros in total, have been shipments of over 100 thousand euros. According to SPAK, the essential point of transferring drug trafficking money to Albania via buses has been the trust built between the suspects and the bus drivers.

The relationship was based on the balance of mutual profit, as drivers received a percentage for each transport and, according to SPAK, the level of sustainability in this practice was shown by the lack of incidents. In the coordination conversations for sending and receiving money, the suspects discussed the specifics of the buses, as in the episode of the transfer of 289 thousand euros in July 2020, where Ogert Shqevi specified a person "Musai's name has a gray and brown bus. You can take his license plate if you want. That's the name of that bus driver. You will meet Musai, my friend."

While in this September 2020 episode about the transfer of 250 thousand euros, Ogert Shqevi asks Erind Lasku "how much are they" and the other, referring to the packaging, tells him "11 pieces, as I saw with three, they are all written."

According to SPAK, for each episode, the communications on SKY and the photos exchanged match the entry and exit points of the buses at the border crossings, as well as the investigative actions carried out in Italy, the documentation of the collection and delivery of money at several auto-grilles, or even cases where the buses changed their route just to go to the places where they would receive the sums of money.  (A2 Televizion)
