Monika Kryemadhi did not have the same fate, whose villa at Kodra e Diellit, in the capital, according to the Appeal, will continue to remain under sequestration.
The announcement of the decision was heard in the courtroom by MP Kryemadhi herself, who said at the exit that this was a revenge against her because of the Tirana incinerator and, on the other hand, insisted that her assets were justified by legal sources .
While there is still time to challenge the "obligation to appear" security measure in the Supreme Court, Kryemadhi said that he will wait for the clarification of a decision of the Constitutional Court.
The blocking of the assets of Mrs. Kryemadhi or her family members was requested by SPAK on account of the investigation launched against her and former president Ilir Meta, who are accused of three criminal offenses: "corruption", "money laundering" and "concealment of non-declaration of assets".
